Download the file on your phone. When it is complete, click it and it will prompt you to install. Make sure you allow non-market apps in Settings > Applications.

@John

Thank you for your generous donation. Support for creating text via morse code was started but never completed in SMSMorse. There still is a very real possibility of it in the future, however. You can send me the source code at jakewharton@gmail.com and I'll use it for whenever I do get back around to working on SMSMorse.

The iOS doesn't have the proper mechanisms in place for intercepting incoming SMSs. I do not currently have access to either a Windows Mobile or Symbian device but that's not to say in the future a port couldn't be done.

Hi Jake, I just paypaled you a 30 dollar donation. Great work.
I am hoping (and would pay) for a morse to text andriod app for creating text messages. There was the Morsetexter that was on early Symbian phones (opensource) but its not maintained since S60v.2 - I am not a coder but I know Morse- texter was written in C++ and well commented. I could email you that source if it might help.? Thanks
John
PS- I think anyone who could pick up code at 5-8 wpm would use it for writing text.

@9W2PJU: I am not. In fact I do not even know Morse code beyond a few letters. Just had the idea one day and decided to implement.

@C9A1: Unfortunately I have been out of Android development for over a year and as stated above, do not known Morse code other than what Wikipedia informs me of so your project might benefit from someone more qualified.

@Trina Foret: Currently using WPCandy v1 with some slight personalization. You can download it here: http://wpcandy.com/themes/wpcandy-v1-wordpress-theme.html
